Heute hatte ich meinen bis jetzt schönsten Soaringflug in Schriesheim. Wie schon die ganze Woche ging es nach dem Feierabend direkt zum Berg. Zu Fuß zum Startplatz

Samstag 13.04.2013

Diesen Samstag sollte ein schöner Flugtag werden, doch zuerst mussten wir noch die letzten Regenschauer über uns hinwegziehen lassen. Am Mittwoch stand nach dem Arbeitstag wieder Bergtraining als Vorbereitung für die Crossalps auf den Programm. Zum Glück hatte ich mich beim Gepäck für die komplette Gleitschirmausrüstung entschieden, denn die Front, die über den Tag über uns hinweg zog, war gegen Abend abgewandert und ich hatte einen schönen angeströmten Startplatz, als ich oben ankam. Schnell wurde das Bergtraining abgebrochen und zum Flugmodus gewechselt. 😉 Der Wind nahm im Laufe des Tages stark ab, drehte aber auch noch weiter auf Süd. Ich beobachtete noch eine kurze Weile die Bedingungen. Die untere Südfahne am Startplatz zeigte sehr konstanten und nicht zu starken Südwind. Die Wetterstation meldete 10km/h. Ich wurde mit einem 20 minütigen Flug belohnt!
